I was just helping out two mates as mk's mechanic didn't feel well, both myself, maggie and Paul go back a long way, nothing more.

HI David,i was not having a go at you it just seemed strange with all the negative posts that you have had that you were helping magnus and not scunthorpe riders.also are you signing for us next year

i dont think it was planned for david to help magnus, just a matter of coincidences. david said he was coming to scunny as he has almost always done when injured to help our team. just funny that the team that day was leicester, his home town. the rider concerned was magnus one of davids oldest friends in speedway, and when his mechanic felt unwell, david stepped in, i would have hoped it was ok'd by rob or dave. who else could of been magnus's mechanic?maybe he should of had a spare one in his van?.At the end of the day we still won, no big deal, what would you have liked to hear? sorry magnus cant ride today as he has no mechanicso we have lent them one of the second half riders? if i go somewhere and pay full price to get in i want to see the top riders and would of felt cheated not seeing one of the leagues best riders.
