ok ill play auty klindt(please sign him rob) captain birks douglas blackbird jorgy now seeing all of us want david out(tongue in cheek) and klindts average stays the same i reckon we have 6.20 to play with so either todd kurtz or david bellego based on their recent runs around the erw i personally would like to see lewis bridger but he would be over 10

Go on then i will play.
This is the lineup i would like to see but will explain more further down
Auty Klindt Birks Jorgy Ryan Olly G Skidmore/Aspgren
This would come just under the limit as it currently is looking at the fact ryans average will be higher than it currently is and might be a bit of movement in a few others
The reason i have no david is to allow time for him to get fully fit. If does get fully fit i would happily subsitute him into the team I think we still have the basis of a title winning team its just getting everyone to hit form so would ot want to change too much
However...................................................
i can see about 2 of that team being in the actual team. I think lots of changes may happen over the winter with league structures which may mean some of the riders may be back with parent clubs and no doubling up due to league structure and some riders might wanting a change of track.
I think untill more becomes clear after the season it will be hard to start thinking of any team structure (except build the team around flying ryan at reserve!!!)
I also think we might need to do some track work over winter to get some advantage back. Bend 1 now has a very noticable groove which seems to have made it harder to use the wide lines around 1 and 2 (3 and 4 dont seem to have teh same issue though) and think some of our riders maybe struggling with that so we could do with trying to flatten it back out again to one nice big sweeping banked bend giving our riders the chance to give it big licks around there again

Go on then worth a go- 1-Auty (have a feeling he wont stay with us?) 2-David Howe if fit otherwise David Bellego type rider 3-Klindt(totally lifted us up the table out of all riders he is the one i want back the most!!) 4-Birksy- (strong feeling he wont stay with us) 5-TJ(part of the family with us and would be sad to see him go!) 6-MPT(comes in at reserve) 7- flyin ryan(top lad)
of course i haven't done the averages for this format just yet should doubt they will fit in but can see alot of ream changing going around the winter cant see Ash or Josh staying with us for some reason and really would be bad if we dont have either MPT or TJ not expecting both though!

i wasnt too sure what to think when rob interviewed "dave" klindt on monday. he said now "dave" gets a proper average "whoever gets him" will get a very good rider....also did i hear right when "nicker liar" (as the announcer called him all afternoon) said it suited him riding for us because it allows him to ride back in denmark? PLEASE PLEASE sign him up rob

hi, ive just been reading the silly season rumours on the bsf. quite a few people have hinted that the points limit would be dropped from 42.5 to 38.5 or even 38 what i understand is, the powers that be want the likes of Barker, Cookie and Doyley to stop riding in the PL because they are too good, and also want each team to include a 3 pointer at reserve, preferably two brits. also if sky pull out then one big league would form but with no gp stars just to make it a bit fairer if scunny went to poole for example..then i believe the national league would possiblly be similar to midland development league we see in 2nd halves, ie trainees to bring them up for the following year as a 3 pointer So...... if true, my team would be..in averages order..and josh and ash do leave... nicolai..7.07 david....6.34 david bellego..6.28 thomas.....6.28 ryan .........4.67 lewis.........4.63 was going to say olly greenwood but i believe his average is too high to fit on a 3.23 if ive done me maths right ;D

Enjoyed the retro meeting ysterday, suprised theres not been anything on here of the BSF from the fans.
One thing that definitely came out of it is that as well as Ryan Douglas being required (& already signed by Rob) I think we also need to get Lewis Blackbird onboard, I know he's not out asset but I can realistically see those two both being 6 pointers at least next season, will give us the best reserves in the league.
Thoughts anybody?

My ideal Scorps team would be... 1. Josh Auty 2. Jason Bunyan 3. Nicolai Klindt 4. David Bellego 5. Ash Birks 6. Flyin Ryan Douglas 7. Lewis Blackbird/Tom Young

just a little tweak so what about maggie karlsson? saw him at he plrc and he was muckng about with our clerk of the course and his mechanic was here when we played sheffield, and i think leicester are thinking of elite league(if there is one) so he might be surplus to requirements? if we cant keep lewis then how about stefan nielsen also did we go after sam masters at one point?, dont know what average he would be on.if josh was going then i think his body language would of been different at the end , ie more waving or clapping,, when a sportsman comes to the end of his career they normally take the crowds applause and i didnt get that feeling so lets hope he stays i just know rob will do us right
